MAiZE is the development risk intelligence standard for capital allocation.

Financial models rarely fail. Development assumptions do. MAiZE gives institutional investors defensible, evidence-backed clarity on development risk, in minutes, not weeks, and with consistent methodology across every asset.

MAiZE identifies risk and mitigations across grid access, permitting, stakeholder dynamics, land control, and capital sensitivity — producing a delay-adjusted value impact overlay on the asset owner's base case.

The MAiZE Value Impact Trajectory

A deterministic, time-based view of how development risk reshapes asset viability. MAiZE provides investment committee ready intelligence for development-stage renewable and infrastructure assets across the US.

Each assessment delivers:

  • Decisive Output: A clear, evidence-backed recommendation to INVEST, HOLD, or DO NOT INVEST.

  • Confidence Timeline: Delay-adjusted value impact with P50 and P80 confidence bands.

  • Actionable Intelligence: Ranked fatal flags, rework risks, and mitigation actions with expected impact.

  • Traceability: A complete source trail mapping every decision to underlying evidence.

Built by developers. Designed for allocators.

Grounded in multi-jurisdictional infrastructure experience overseeing portfolios exceeding $1B in capital value, MAiZE thinks like a seasoned developer and reports like an independent auditor. Strictly independent of developers, sponsors, and asset originators.

Built exclusively for:

  • Energy Investment Committees

  • CFO Offices overseeing real asset portfolios

  • Strategic Capital Allocators

  • Infrastructure Private Equity
